As many prospective purchasers visiting new homes developments are dependant upon selling their existing home to fund or part fund their next purchase, spicerhaart land & new homes created a ground breaking Assisted Move service.

spicerhaart recognised that even if a purchaser were to find the house of their dreams on one of our client’s developments, they would probably need to find a buyer for their own home before being able to reserve and proceed towards exchange of contracts. By utilising our Assisted Move service this typical scenario need not necessarily apply.

The spicerhaart Assisted Move service simply treats a prospective purchaser’s house sale as a corporate instruction and our Assisted Move Centre (AMC), based in Sheffield, handles the sales process from start to finish for the owner. Our AMC team will arrange for a valuation to be completed of the prospective purchaser’s established house, usually within 24 hours, and once agreement on asking price has been reached, the AMC team will control the day to day marketing and promotion of this property, bearing in mind deadlines for exchange etc. put in place by our developer client.
