Spicerhaart Legal Services (SLS) instructs in the order of 25,000 legal cases each year. Based at the Group’s head quarters in Colchester, Essex, SLS provides conveyancing for Spicerhaart Group estate agency divisions, including land & new homes, and for external businesses such as major financial institutions and asset managers.
SLS has strategic relationships with a number of reputable conveyancing companies and solicitors situated across the UK and these companies form the SLS panel. Each panel member company works within a defined service level agreement and, in return for a sustainable and significant case volume, they guarantee to deliver high standards of service at a competitive, discounted price which is passed directly on to our clients.
Panel membership is kept purposely limited whilst retaining significant capacity. By keeping the panel select, SLS can ensure strong relationships and high service standards in comparison to the less effective business models.
