Our new homes management team acts as principal liaison between client and agency network. Their key role is to ensure that all is done by the estate agency branches to effect sales on manned and unmanned developments and that required feedback and methods of reporting are observed.
In addition to this key role, our new homes team will plan and agree a structured marketing campaign with you to maximise footfall to each development marketed and will oversee the production of all marketing collateral through our in house marketing and print services on your behalf, where required.
